Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how payments, cancellations, and revisions are handled at OMOTE, a business brand owned and operated by Dwi Aprilia. By completing a purchase on omote.live, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
1. General Refund Policy
All purchases made through OMOTE are for custom-made digital assets. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, production capacity and creative resources are immediately allocated to your project.
2. No Cancellations After Payment
Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been successfully processed and the production process has been initiated. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind or "buyer's remorse."
- Delayed response or lack of communication from the client.
- Changes in personal or financial circumstances.
- Changes in your streaming schedule or branding plans.
Note: If a refund request is received before any production work or brief review has commenced, a refund may be granted at OMOTE's sole discretion, minus any non-refundable transaction fees.
3. Revisions Instead of Refunds
OMOTE does not provide refunds based on creative disagreement if the work aligns with the submitted project brief. Instead, we offer revision support within the scope of your purchased package to:
- Refine design details.
- Adjust expressions or motion parameters.
- Ensure the final result meets the technical specifications.
Revision limits depend on your selected package. Requests that exceed the original brief may incur additional fees.
4. Production Start & Brief Responsibility
Production begins only after:
- Full payment is received via our payment gateway.
- The client has submitted the required project brief form.
Delays caused by incomplete or late brief submissions do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or any form of compensation.
5. Digital Services & Chargeback Protection
All OMOTE products are custom digital services, not physical goods. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the product cannot be "returned."
We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior communication will be considered a breach of our Terms of Service. In such cases, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately terminate ongoing production.
- Submit project documentation, communication logs, and proof of digital delivery to Paddle and relevant financial institutions.
6. Payment Provider Compliance
This policy is structured to comply with Paddle's requirements for the sale of custom digital goods and services. By completing your payment, you explicitly agree that you are purchasing a personalized digital service and that revisions are provided in place of a standard refund.
